What happens to my report ?

Step 1:

The whistleblower completes the form on the Whistle Blower Portal website.

Note: a reference number will be provided which can be used to request feedback on actions taken.

Step 2:

Where possible a MHI Power ZAF compliance officer liaises with the whistleblower via the provided reference number to obtain as much information as possible relating to their concern.

Step 3:

The report is passed on by a MHI Power ZAF compliance officer to management for review. Feedback may be accessed the reference number on the website if relevant.
